Start with the product specification you already use and the format you want to introduce. Packaging compatibility, fill requirements, material availability and the first production run need to be considered together. An existing formula does not make every pack format interchangeable.

Can you help us develop a new formula?
Yes. Tell us about your product, the packaging format you have in mind and where you need formulation support. We can discuss the development work and manufacturing requirements together, including a path to repeat production. Start with a product overview; a finished formula is not needed for an initial enquiry.
Can you assess our existing pouch for a production transfer?
Yes. Bring the pouch specification, current finished product and expected volumes. Material, dimensions, closure and sealing requirements need to be reviewed alongside the powder and target fill weight.
Can we use the same formula in a different packaging format?
Share the existing product specification and the proposed format. Powder characteristics, fill requirements and packaging compatibility still need assessment; avoid ordering new packaging before suitability has been discussed.
What if we have not chosen a pouch supplier yet?
Explain your packaging direction and what is already specified. Corevita’s published services include procurement coordination where required; clarify the support needed and the agreed responsibilities before materials are sourced.
How are minimum quantities and lead times worked out?
They depend on the powder, fill weight, packaging specification, number of products or flavours and input availability. Include the first run, repeat-order forecast and stock deadline so commercial fit and timing can be discussed together.
