Can you help us develop a new formula?
Yes. Tell us about your product, the packaging format you have in mind and where you need formulation support. We can discuss the development work and manufacturing requirements together, including a path to repeat production. Start with a product overview; a finished formula is not needed for an initial enquiry.
Can we continue using our existing tubs and lids?
Provide the component specifications and samples if available. Existing tubs and closures need to be assessed for compatibility with the proposed filling and packing work before a production run is confirmed.
Should we specify tub volume or powder fill weight?
Include both the container specification and the target powder fill weight. Also provide a reference pack or presentation requirements where available; the intended finished product should be clear before production.
Can we supply packaging components ourselves?
Tell us exactly which components you will supply and which you want coordinated. Agree specifications, quantities, delivery dates and responsibilities so production is not planned around missing inputs.
How do we quote a range with several flavours or sizes?
List each product, flavour and pack size separately, with its next-run quantity and expected repeat demand. A single total across the range does not show the production and component requirements clearly enough.
